What we can't help with
Important: we are an independent guide and not Cointiply. We can't access your account, recover passwords, release withheld balances, approve withdrawals, or resolve disputes with the platform. For anything involving your actual account, you must contact official Cointiply support through cointiply.com. Please never send us your password, 2FA codes or wallet seed phrase — we will never ask for them, and nobody legitimate ever will.
